Newbies FU WORK
Here we will introduce TWO stamps for the newbies which you can get even if you are on a budget.
Saam Ching Stamp – This stamp is the Doe Ging Si Stamp, which we will be using it as the Saam Ching Stamp, it represents the Saam Ching Powers within you, which act as the source for your altar Jo Si.
Jo Si Stamp (Sub) – This stamp is a common design which we will accept for a substitute stamp of the Jo Si Stamp in our lineage. It represents your local altar Jo Si.
With these two stamps, you can start learning FU (along with the proper tools such as FU paper, penbrush and red/black ink etc.
Pentel Pen Brush - get TWO.
Needle for ink injection - get a pack
Poppy Corn RED ink - get one
Parker BLACK ink - get one
RED refill ink for stamp pad
Red Stamp pad
You will also need some rubbing alcohol, paper towel, tissue, etc.
Our FU papers (long) are 26x6.5cm and if you are writing FU HEADs then it would be half of that length. You can buy the yellow A4 size FU paper in the link below and then cut it with a paper cutting device for precision. This way you can get everything on Aliexpress or other sites like amazon and get started.
Open one penbrush, and plug in the black ink tube, use it up for fun drawing! Then, clean the ink tube by injecting alocohol or water into it and flush it clean, air dry. Refill it with red ink by needle, and plug the tube into the SECOND (brand new) pen brush. Plug a black ink tube back into the first brush that is already black. Now you have both red and black brush primed. You can keep refilling the ink tube whenever they are out, just use the needle! No need to "wash" the tube everytime, just top it up with ink is fine.
Papers can be precut and put into a pasta box for clean storage.
It is nice to have a calligraphy felt cloth on the table, which makes stamping much easier. When writing FU, you should have the cloth on the table, and a piece of printer paper over it, then the FU paper on top for writing. When stamping, remove the printer paper, and just stamp the FU paper with cloth under it. This will make the stamping impression nicer and more even.
Once you have gotten these tools and is ready to learn, make sure you ask for teachings on LINE!
